售后服务

（一）design and technical training 设计及技术培训
1．free charge for laundry design;洗衣房设计免收费用；
2．该套设备的安装、调试及技术培训已包含在设备总价中，不另行收费；
installation ,start-up and training have been involved in the total quotation,no extra cost.
（二）guarantee period 设备保修期
1．Hardware replacement free period is 24 months after the arrival of equipment;
设备的硬件免费更换期为自设备到货后 24 个月；
2．the artificial free warranty period since the arrival of equipment for 24 months, the seller provide free
services according to buyer's requirement, If the fault is not caused by man-made factors, so ensure the
equipment in good working condition.
设备的人工免费保修期为自设备到货后 24 个月，保修期内对非人为故障，卖方按买方要求无偿提供服
务，以使设备保持良好的运行状态。
3．service response time 服务响应时间
A．within 4 hours of service response after receiving the user’s telephone or written notice;
于收到用户电话或书面通知之时起 4 小时之内得到服务响应；
B．The arrival time arrived on the scene within 24 hours from the user’s writing information ;
服务到达时间自书面通知之时起 24 小时内赶到现场；
（三）repairing service charges 维修服务收费标准
1．the warranty period: artificial fee free and spare parts free of charge for 24 months.
保修期内：人工费免费和零配件 24 个月免费。
（not including ，man-made damage and failure 不包括人为损坏及故障）
2 ． after the warranty period: the maintenance contract should be signed. preferential should be
approval ,artificial fee per working day is 500 yuan RMB, the cost of spare parts in accordance with the
standard 20 percent off of the cost of clearing.
保修期后：可签订维保合同,给予优惠，人工费每工作日 500 元人民币，零配件费用按照标准费用的 8
折结算。
（四）other service commitment 其它服务承诺
1．lifelong responsible for the repairing of the equipments.设备终身维修。
2．Daily technical consultation Free.日常技术咨询免费。
